The Popular Show Campaign 4 Introduces the Warriors Party

Since the launch of Campaign 4, recently appointed game master the talented storyteller has maintained audience suspense with rich lore, a colorful mix of characters, and a thrilling plot featuring angels, demons, and malevolent powers growing in influence within the city.

Note: Key plot points for Episode 3 of this adventure are included.

The Soldiers Table Revealed

The third episode concluded with a dramatic pause and introduced the premier party of heroes who will split off from the main group to begin their own adventure, distinct from the other two tables.

The combat-focused team features Teor (brought to life by the voice actor), the nimble rogue (Laura), Tyranny (Whitney Moore), Wicander (Sam), and Kattigan (Robbie Daymond).

Dividing the Cast

With a large ensemble, it was obvious from the start that keeping everyone at a single group would be impossible.

This explains, the first four episodes of the new season serve as an Overture, weaving together the personal journeys before dividing into three separate parties: Warriors, Strategists, and Questers.

The Nature of the Warrior Group

As described by the Dungeon Master, the Soldiers table is for players who are drawn to a traditionally charged fight-heavy narrative style where peaceful solutions are few and far between.

Upon first impression, figures such as the squeamish cleric Wicander Halovar might appear unsuited, but the developments of the third episode demonstrate why these five characters are best suited for the Soldiers table.

Why They Must Go

To begin with, the group understands precisely where to head next after a brutal initial meeting with The Crow Keepers.

A former ally of Thjazi Fang—whose death kicked off the story’s plot—manipulated the enemy for his own means, entering Thjazi’s hideout, attacking Thimble, and taking all the enchanted items to sell off.

The antagonist then paid off his obligations and ran away to a Halovar stronghouse in the northern region, beyond Dol-Makjar, with Cyd close behind.

Character Drivers

Additionally, each character has a personal reason to exit the metropolitan area:

  • Thimble, as the close ally and best friend, desires revenge.
  • The adventurer has experience in the region and warns that it is a dangerous location.
  • Tyranny and The healer, having resisted his relatives’ demands to kill the fighter and instead saved him, have no safe haven.
  • But, their position as prominent individuals in the powerful family could assist the team reach areas they usually can’t.
  • Furthermore, The fighter swore a unbreakable promise to The cleric for his rescue and will now follow him wherever.

Wanted and Hunted

Lastly, all of them are wanted by the authorities that control the setting for a variety of reasons, making lingering locally no longer safe:

  • The rogue and Kattigan are known criminals.
  • The warrior and Wicander betrayed House Halovar and the horde of evil beings they are partnered with.
  • The fighter is wanted dead by House Halovar.

This leaves them few options but to travel to the northern region in pursuit of Casimir.

What’s Next?

According to the recent installment’s Cooldown, we discover that the combat party will be absent in the upcoming installment, leaving the remaining eight participants to form the Explorers and Strategists groups.

Audiences can expect discovering which adventurers will be assigned to which table in Campaign 4’s concluding setup installment, streaming live on the upcoming Thursday.
